Which areas do you serve?
Our home fibre network covers localities across Angul, including Angul Municipality, NALCO Township, Kandasar, Kulad and more; see the coverage page for the full list. Enterprise connectivity can be arranged in other locations subject to feasibility.
How long before I can start using the service?
Once you sign up, our local technician team schedules an installation visit, runs the fibre to your home or office and sets up your router. Most connections in serviceable areas are activated within a few days of confirming your address and plan.
What documents are needed?
Identity and address proof are required for KYC before activation, as for any internet connection in India.
How do I get technical support?

Business & enterprise
What is the difference between business broadband and a leased line?
Business broadband is fibre capacity at commercial pricing for everyday office use. An Internet Leased Line gives you dedicated, uncontended bandwidth with an SLA, usually symmetrical.
Do you provide connectivity outside Odisha?
Yes, subject to feasibility. Some routes and locations are delivered with carrier or data-centre partners; your proposal states how each segment is delivered.
What is included in an SLA?
Uptime commitment, restoration time and escalation contacts are defined per contract and confirmed in your quotation.

How do I request peering?
Use the IX peering enquiry form with your ASN, the exchange or facility and a technical contact. Our network team will reply.
Does a facility listing mean you peer there?
No. The directory shows separately whether presence, cross-connects, interconnection and peering have each been verified at a location.
